It's the most wonderful time of the year--I don't mean the winter holidays, though anyone who knows me knows how much I become the spirit of Christmas cheer as soon as the clock strikes midnight after Thanksgiving day. Nevertheless, I am talking about that time for reflection on everything that has happened during the past year. It's funny how a year can feel like both the longest and shortest span of time. Undoubtedly there are instances of the past year of my life that I wish would keep repeating themselves over and over--and probably a handful more that I wish would never happen again. Regardless of the good times and the bad, the holiday season always seems to bring some hope for better in the coming year, and since this year is almost over, its also a time to just celebrate what has gone your way.

I personally find the holidays to be an excellent time to look for inspiration. The new year brings an air of possibility, right? I always feel it's the time to reinvent myself....I guess this is what Madonna felt like every year of the '80's, or what Lindsay Lohan feels like everytime she gets a "get out of jail free" card. While this is meant to show off the beautiful Christmas window display, I think this video by Liberty London is chock full of wonderful elements for reinvention in the coming year. Enjoy and be inspired.
